Our approach to Professional Development engagements is consistent with our approach to consulting and facilitating projects: provide maximum value by engaging & motivating staff to address current challenges while applying the skills learned in the sessions. Techniques based on proven methodology are delivered by experienced practitioners in “hands-on” interactive sessions. Richer learning is achieved through discussion and analysis  based on the outcome of the practice sessions and the strategic and tactical examples provided by the trainer.

Speaking Engagements

  • Interactive 45 to 90-minute  presentations designed to provide the audience with tools they can immediately implement. In a light-hearted manner, the presentations provoke reflection on work practices while demonstrating the value of planning and process as core competencies.
